Haiti Tech Summit 2020 Successfully Hosted Largest Virtual Conference in the Caribbean (Recap)

Port- au Prince [October 12, 2020] Haiti Tech Summit successfully launched the 4th Edition of its 13 year initiative program virtually online powered by Global Startup Ecosystem and Sponsored by the US Embassy of Haiti and Sogebank and supported in partnership with Google Cloud, Amazon Web Services, IBM Cloud, Access Haiti, Dagmar, and more. 

Originally scheduled to welcome 100 Speakers and 4000+ attendees, the free summit welcomed 18,140 live social media followers for the summit and by the end day reached 75,748 global viewers on Facebook and Linkedin. A record breaking number for Haiti as the most viewed tech and business virtual program in the country.

The Global Startup Ecosystem (GSE) is pleased to announce the Her Future Accelerator – the world’s first digital personal branding career accelerator for women. Prior to NYU, Dr. Coleman served as the first Chief Diversity Officer and Special Assistant to the President at Harvard University.  During her tenure, she and her team developed some of the first initiatives focused on the intersections of technology, disability, and access. Currently, Dr. Coleman continues to advise and consult with C-Suite leaders globally and sits on various national and international boards. Her current research focuses on the intersections of innovation, inclusion, science and technology, art and humanities, data analytics and digitization for diverse cultures globally. April 20, 2020 [New York, USA] The Future of Work Bootcamp is an international virtual program featuring 6 hours of training content on remote workforce development. Every year, Global Startup Ecosystem (GSE) hosts iconic summits, accelerators, and bootcamp sessions to prepare stakeholders for the digital age. This year GSE will feature a robust series of future work to mobilize stakeholders from across the GSE ecosystem regarding the current disruptions impacting workforce development. The Future of Work Bootcamp will serve as a pillar training platform for workforce development in 2020 in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic.
